I am really excited that school is out and it's finally summer! It will be the first summer I've had off since I was 15! I hope to get a really good tan this summer and spend lots of time with my family, friends, and of course my Chester!
There are a lot of exciting things happening this summer...most exciting would be my best friend Kelli's baby boy Noah finally coming into the world, there are lots of weddings to attend (I love weddings!), our furniture we had custom made will be here in about 3 weeks (can't wait!), making up for lost time with friends and some home projects! = )
Speaking of home projects, we started the first one. Taking down the only wallpaper in the house (thank God!) that is in the entry. It's only on the top half..woohoo! It took a lot less time than I thought it would! Especially since when we first started we realized there was another layer of wallpaper underneath! ICK! Kyle and I worked on it from about 6:30 until 10 last night and all was done but one part that I finished today while he was at work! Tonight we'll texture then this weekend we'll paint it! I picked out a olive green color. The bottom half will be a cream color along with the living room...that's ONE of the next projects! And we're also painting the kitchen and dining room yellow. I can't wait, it's fun making a house your own! I also want to paint the guest bathroom turquoise but when Kyle saw the color he said, "That bright?!" So maybe I'll check for a more subtle color. haha!
I'll post pictures of our projects as we finish them! We're excited!!

I just love you so much! You are so sweet friend!! :) Let us know if you guys need our (er...Greg's) help with house stuff!! I'm so excited to see your furniture!!! :) I know it's going to make me want to run to Bassett! Maybe I'll wait till Noah's a little older before we purchase brand new funiture! Muah!!!
